The 90th Birthday Celebration of the lated H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX of Thailand

His Majesty, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX of Thailand was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on December 5, 1927 and passed away on October 13, 2016. The lated King was respected and loved by all Thai people. The benevolence of the King bestowed on his subjects, including those living in remote rural areas, explains the love he has earned from his people who regard him as a Father of Thailand.

This year, we will celebrate the Kings birthday on Sunday, December 3, 2017 as Thai Father’s Day. The birthday of the lated King, the father figure of the country, has been celebrated as Father’s Day in Thailand and as Thai National Holiday for over decades.
